2. Monthly Subscription Services

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. If you cancel after this period, you will be charged for the upcoming month but will not be billed further.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any payments already made. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable.
3. Project-Based Services For project-based
engagements such as website development, branding, or other one-time services, the following guidelines apply:
Payment Structure: Payments for projects are typically divided into milestones. If you decide to cancel the project at any point, you will be billed for the work completed up until that point.
Refunds: Refunds for project-based work will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If the project is canceled due to dissatisfaction or other valid reasons, we will assess the work done and, if applicable, offer a partial refund for uncompleted tasks. This will be based on the work completed at the time of cancellation.

However, any changes made after the project or service has begun may incur additional costs, depending on the scope of the changes.

In cases of significant breach or violation of our terms of service, we reserve the right to terminate the agreement at any time. If the termination is due to your violation, no refunds will be issued, and any outstanding payments must be made in full.
